However, studies indicate that the effects of caffeine are too extreme to those who take excessively. The other alternative that is widely used is tea. In fact, most offices that do not offer coffee tend to offer tea. Tea has become a myriad of blends and form ad can be taken either hot or cold. There is a massive selection where one can be able to take tea with milk, black tea, herbal and green tea. Most of these are caffeine free and naturally sweet, and it is not a must for one to use sugar. Teas are a source of antioxidant, vitamin B, and minerals.
