At a very minimum, they will be granted medical coverage, and may also be eligible for lost wages for any time that they can not work due to their injuries. In some situations, the individual may also be compensated financially for any pain and suffering they may experience because of the circumstances.

It is important that a company hire an agent that is experienced enough to understand the intricacies of finding, and negotiating, the best possible conditions for their clients. These documents can help minimize the risk of a business becoming financially strained because of accidents or negligence.
