Its a name that sounds so appealing that many people think of how it would be like to work in this industry.

Still there is a growing number of people who are interested to work in this field. The younger one see this more like as a challenge. Flexibility. Changes, variations and the like are part of an agents job. As such, they need to be flexible in making adjustments in their own schedule. This can be learned over time. Those who have been in the industry for some time are those who survived the constant challenge on their job and has developed their own mechanism in adapting to different changes.

Proactive. If you just wait, you will not earn. Agents are the front liners of the business. They are the ones who visit clients and introduce to them what the company has to offer. Those who becomes successful on the field are people who work and grab opportunities as they come.

Its easy to say how we want to work in here. But doing the actual scenes is an entirely different story. Unless you have the passion for the craft and are very much willing to learn, you will not be able to stand long. Evaluate your readiness first.
