The Coffee Replacement Alternatives That Should Be Tried

With the proper mindset and willpower, a normal glass of milk or fruit juice is all it takes to replace addictive caffeine beverage. But replacing caffeine quickly triggers withdrawal effects, some of which may be severe, depending on the level of addiction. Just try nibbling into some nuts, fruits, or a bowl of soup and you will be surprised how effective they are in fighting the withdrawal syndromes. Simply switching to the decaffeinated beverages don't necessarily help you get the coffee replacement that you require. They too have caffeine in them, though in a small proportion.

For the past 50 years, we have all been tricked into thinking the only way to enjoy a rich, lush beverage that tastes like coffee is to drink that caffeine-laden elixir that is made from coffee beans and other additives. Believe it or not, there has been an alternative option around for years and years - something called a caffeine substitute.

Other than caffeine, there are several beverages that we can easily access. Ideally, the best alternatives you are going to get should bring you close to caffeine, in terms of taste and effects without the bad side effects of caffeine. Some come in similar colors and sensational taste and the original caffeinated beverages while others do not share similarities even in colors, however, at the end of it all, they are delicious in their own ways.

In some cases, it may be as a result of caffeine poisoning. Whatever the reason, it is not safe to be addicted to caffeine. However, getting rid of addiction should not be an abrupt event. It should be done gradually to make it easy to deal with the withdrawal effects that follows.

You can try new options to cut some of the calories out of your diet. For instance, maybe you could get used to drinking your beverage black. If it's just too bitter for you, then try slowly weaning yourself off the sugar and milk over time. Reduce your added milk and caffeine once a week or so until you have none or hardly any at all. Beverage can be a way that calories sneak up on you, so watch out.

Spiced teas can also be used to get rid of the addiction. There are very many spices that are found in the market, giving one the liberty to pick the one they want. Here one can choose to take Roastaroma that is a combination of various spices and herbs that are blended with roasted chicory. One can also take Chai that is caffeine free which is sold in bags for one to drink.

So, because of these cons to caffeine, some have considered caffeine alternatives - so they can slowly withdraw from caffeine. One of the most popular caffeine alternatives is Teechino. It is a product of caffeine free herbs that are naturally occurring, grains, fruits and nut used to brew a beverage with the ultimate caffeine taste.

The other common alternative is the Chicory flavored beverage. This is a root of a perennial flower. It is prepared by drying and then grinding. Only a small quantity is enough to produce the flavor easily liked by anybody who taste it.
